PURPOSE:To detect the single operation of a generator in a fault on the side of a system inside a private installation. CONSTITUTION:In a system-linkage system, a private powergeneration installation is linked by a dedicated linkage line when a reverse power flow exists in a high-voltage distribution system. The system-linkage system is provided with reactive-power detection circuits 21, 22, 23 which detect the reactive power of a generator 2 and private loads 6, 7, with a reactive-power setter which sets reactive power supplied from a system bus 1, with a reactive-power control circuit 25 which uses the output of a reactive-power detector and the signal of the reactive-power setter as inputs and with a comparison circuit which controls the voltage of an AC generator and to which a control deviation signal for the reactive-power control circuit is input. Although normal-load reactive power is supplied from the generator and the system, the reactive power from the system in the power failure of the system becomes zero, the reactive power of the generator coincides with load reactive power, the deviation signal for control of the reactive power becomes large, and a breaker 5 which connects the system bus to a private system is cut off by detecting the signal. |
