<p>PURPOSE:To provide a clutchless compressor which is designed to perform smooth transfer to zero capacity and return of capacity and reliably hold capacity in a zero state. CONSTITUTION:The inclination angle of a swash plate 15 is controlled through regulation of a pressure in a crank chamber 2a. Switching bodies 34A and 34B in a cylinder body 12 rotated integrally with a rotary shaft 7 are interlocked with a ball valve 43, and the ball valve 43 is driven for opening and closing through magnetization and demagnetization of an electromagnetic solenoid 47. A crank chamber 2a and a suction chamber 3a are interconnected through gas bleed passages 7b, 34e, 34f, 34g, and 51. When the ball valve 43 is separated away from a valve hole 41a, high pressure refrigerant gas in a delivery pressure region 3b1 is fed to a crank chamber 2a and the inclination angle of the swash plate is reduced to zero. When the inclination angle of the swash plate is reduced to zero, a holding ball 37 is pressed by the switching body 34A and protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body 12 and a swash plate supporting body 14 is held in a position where the inclination angle of the swash plate is brought into zero.</p> |
