<p>PURPOSE:To reduce labor for stocktaking after business hours by adding date and time to both of the article data of a host computer and article data collected by a handy terminal. CONSTITUTION:The host computer stores present number 4 of stocked articles, stock-in/stock-out information 5 on that day, number 6 of remaining articles on the previous day and updated time 7 reloading these article data. Next, a worker inputs a number 8 of articles corresponding to an article code 1 and an article name 2 from an input key 9 provided at a handy terminal 3 by using the handy terminal 3 concerning that article based on the article code 1 and the article name 2 transmitted from the host computer to the handy terminal 3. Further, date and time (time stamp) 10 is added to the article data. When stocktaking is completed, article information is transferred from the handy terminal 3 to the host computer.</p> |
