PURPOSE:To enhance the photosensitivity of an amorphous electrophotographic receptor. CONSTITUTION:An a-Si layer 143 contg. 100-500ppm boron and having 0.1-1mum thickness and an electric charge transferring layer 142 are formed on an electric conductive substrate 141 of Al, etc., and an a-SiGe layer 144 having 10<-3>-9 ratio of Ge to Si and an a-Si layer 145 contg. 1-100ppm boron are further formed on the electric charge transferring layer 142. The relative dielectric constant of the electric charge transferring layer 142 is made lower than that of the a-SiGe layer 144 and that of the a-Si layer 145.
