PURPOSE:To enhance the photosensitivity of an amorphous electrophotographic receptor. CONSTITUTION:An electric charge transferring layer 132 is formed on an electric conductive substrate 131 of Al, etc., and an a-Si layer 134 having 10<-3>-9 ratio of Ge to Si and an a-Si layer 135 contg. 1-100ppm boron are further formed thereon. The relative dielectric constant of the electric charge transferring layer 132 is made lower than that of the a-SiGe layer 134 and that of the a-Si layer 135.
