摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a photoelectric device that has a narrow radiation angle and a narrow depth and can generate a high power by connecting a semiconductor chip that is assembled onto a carrier stripe so that it is positioned at the focus of a nearly parabolic surface. CONSTITUTION: A carrier stripe is made of two nearly parallel legs 3a and 3b, has a partial stripe 3c as a branch within an upper range, and reaches a part that is slightly ahead of the symmetrical axis of a reflection mirror. A semiconductor chip is mounted to the free edge of a partial stripe 3c at the center of the reflection mirror and is electrically connected to both parts of the carrier stripe. The reflection mirror 2 is mounted on the carrier stripe so that a semiconductor chip 1 is positioned at the focus of the parabolic surface and has an engagement element 5, and the carrier stripe is stationarily engaged. An entire device is surrounded by a housing 4 that is made of a transparent resin, and the carrier stripes 3a and 3b project from the housing 4 and are used as a connection and assembly leg piece of the device.
