PURPOSE:To execute picture processing with fidelity to an original without mis-discrimination a color marker. CONSTITUTION:A picture signal (R and C signals) from a CCD line sensor is A/D-converted by an A/D converter 100 and 8-bit digital information is obtained. An output from the A/D converter 100 is inputted to a shading circuit 110, in which dispersion in the sensitivity of a CCD sensor and uneven luminous quantity of an original exposure lamp or the like are corrected. The output 280 of the shading circuit 110 is inputted to an interpolation arithmetic operation pixel matching circuit 120, in which position of red and cyan pixels is corrected and weighting is applied to red virtual pixel Similarly, weighting is calculated for cyan virtual pixel. Thus, picture processing with fidelity to an original is executed. |
