<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the problem of a discontinuity or the like in a laying operation and a renewing operation by a method wherein the laying operation of a new wiring or piping material can proceed without any interference by a wiring or piping material for a cable or a fluid pipe which has already been laid and the wiring or piping material can be laid so as to be put in order. CONSTITUTION:A suspending and laying part 1 is provided with a cylindrical part 10, as a coupling means held by a traveling passage member 2, in which a slit 11 has been formed at the upper part, and a plate-shaped part 12, as a suspending means used to suspend a wiring or piping material X, in which insertion and passage holes 13, into and through which the wiring or piping material X is inserted and passed, have been made at prescribed intervals is formed so as to protrude at the lower part of the cylindrical part 10. In addition, when the cylindrical part 10 is fitted externally to a part 2a, to be coupled, in the traveling-passage member 2, it is held by the tarveling-passage member 2.
