<p>PURPOSE: To simplify a process, to manufacture a pen input/output pad to be thin and to improve yield on a position sensing liquid crystal display element and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: An X-direction grid wire 20 is vapor-deposited under a glass substrate 1 and it is patterned. Then, an insulating layer 21 and a Y- directiongrid wire 22 are vapor-deposited under the X-direction grid wire 20. The Y-direction grid wire 22 is patterned and the coated color filter 7 of a polyimide layer 23 is formed under the patterned Y-direction grid wire 22. An adhesive layer, a transparent counter electrode and an error array layer are sequentially vapor-evaporated below the color filter 7 so as to manufacture an upper substrate. The upper substrate and the lower substrate are stuck, liquid is filled between the upper substrate and the lower substrate and polarized boards are vapor-deposited on the lower part and the upper part of the glass substrate 1.</p> |
