PURPOSE:To obtain an ethylene copolymer compsn. which is excellent in melt tension and flowability under high-shear conditions and gives a film excellent in transparency and mechanical strengths by compounding an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having specified physical properties with a low-density polyethylene produced by high-pressure polymn. by free radical. CONSTITUTION:Ethylene is copolymerized with a 3-20C alpha-olefin in the presence of an olefin polymn. catalyst contg. an organoaluminumoxy compd. and a group IV transition metal compd. having at least two kinds of ligands having cyclopentadienyl backbones to give an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer which has a density of 0.850-0.980g/cm<3>, a melt flow rate(MFR) of 0.01-200g/10min, a melt tension(MT) higher than 2.2X(MFR)<-0.84>, and a flow index(FI) lower than 150X(MFR). The copolymer is compounded with a low-density polyethylene produced by high-pressure polymn. by free radical in a wt. ratio of (99:1)-(60:40). |
