PURPOSE:To mold chopsticks effectively at a low cost by a method wherein when the chopsticks are molded by rolling an extruded thermoplastic resin material with both of upper and lower rollers, an engraved mold in a longitudinal direction of the chopsticks is made to conform to circumferential directions of both of the upper and lower rollers, and besides a printing material is affixed to the engraved mold. CONSTITUTION:A resin material 2 is extruded from a thermoplastic resin extruder 1, and rolled with both of upper and lower rollers 3, 4 to mold chopsticks 6. In that case, respective engraved molds 7, 8 in longitudinal directions of the chopsticks 6 are formed by conforming to respective circumferential directions. Further, a printing material 9 is affixed to respective engraved molds 7, 8. Then, the chopsticks 6 are extruded along the longitudinal direction, and besides the printed 12 chopsticks 6 are molding extruded. The chopsticks 6 are molded more effectively at a lower cost than that by a conventional injection method. |
