PURPOSE:To make the setting operation of a facility management device which monitors and controls the facilities in a building for each dwelling unit without using any terminal device. CONSTITUTION:A key storage device 200 to control the storage and retrieval of keys in dwelling units is connected to a facility management device 100. A personal identification card is inserted into a card reading device 2A for the key storage device 200, an identification code is inputted from a ten-key input device 2C, and a key of STORAGE, RETRIEVAL, or SET is pushed. Then, when the ten-key input device 2C is operated according to the instructions displayed on a display device 2B, signals are transmitted and received between the display device and the facility management device 100 to make the opening and closing of the storage windows of the key storage device 200 and setting of schedule and air conditioning temperature of an air conditioning facility, etc. |
