Polyester film is prepared by coating the coating mixt. compsn. comprising acryl based water-dispersed emulsion, cellulose derivs., alkyl quarternary ammonium salt and sulfosuccinate based salt cpd. onto one or more surfaces of polyester film base at the streching step of the polyester film. The acrylic water-dispersed emulsion and cellulos derivs. are composed of 1-50 pts. of cellulose derivs., based on wt.% of solid parts, w.r.t. 100 pts. of acrylic water-dispersed emulsion. The alky quarternary ammonium salt based cpd. is the cpd. of formula (I) or (II), is used by 150-300 pts. w.r.t. 100 pts. of the mixt. of acrylic water-dispersed emulsion and cellulose derivs., based on wt.% of solid part.
