<p>The present invention refers to a layout for the production of ice cream or ice lollies on a stick, comprising a plurality of plates which support moulds or stamps for ice cream or ice lollies, and which are connected to means of moving the plates along a closed trajectory which extends in an essentially horizontal plane. Along said trajectory, beneath the moulds, there are provided means of refrigerating the moulds. The layout according to the present invention includes means of overturning the plates to move them from a position of production, in which they carry the moulds with their mouth turned upward, to a position of washing in which they carry the moulds with their mouth turned downward and facing the means of washing of the moulds, and vice versa. <IMAGE></p> |
