发明名称 METHOD OF LAMINATING POLYMER FILM
摘要 PURPOSE: To laminate a layer of an insulating film to an adhesive film layer without necessity of a primer adhesive by treating an inner surface of one film layer by a high voltage discharge to form a treated inner surface, and heating urged films to a higher temperature than a melting point of the film having a low melting point. CONSTITUTION: An inner surface 14 of a first layer (film layer) 12 is exposed with a high voltage discharge in the case of passing a corona discharge system. Then, a treated first layer strip material is preheated to a higher temperature than a melting point of an adhesive layer 20 in an oven 54. The surface 14 of the layer 12 corona discharged and preheated is aligned in the state opposed to an inner surface 22 of the layer (second layer) 20, passed between continuously sandwiching rolls 60 and 62, thereby forming an assembly 40 of intermediate laminate. The assembly 40 is cooled by a roll 64 before winding on the reel 66. For example, to laminate a polyester film and a polyethylene acrylate copolymer film, a highest temperature of the adhesive line is in a range of 154 to 177 deg.C.
