PURPOSE:To specify accurately a rotary position of an insert member by a method wherein a positioning means arranged in one side metal is inserted into a hollow part formed to the insert member and besides a contour of the insert member is held with the positioning means arranged in the other metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A cavity K and a supply passage 31a interconnected thereto are formed in a pair of metal molds 30, 31, and an insert molded product is injection molded by inserting an insert member N into the cavity K from the supply passage 31a. In that case, a hollow part N1 is formed in the insert member N. Besides, a first and a second positioning means 32, 37 which position respectively the insert member N in the cavity K are arranged in respective metal molds 30, 31. Then, the first positioning means 32 is inserted into the hollow part N1 of the insert member N, and besides a rotary position is specified by holding a contour of the insert member N with the second positioning means 37. The rotary position of the insert member N to resin is specified thereby, and precision on injection molding is improved. |
