PURPOSE:To obtain the KARAOKE device which provides nearly the same feeling with a live performance by providing a function which compares the playback voice from a CD, etc., with an external voice from a microphone and performs control so that the melody and tempo of the playback voice follow the melody and tempo of the external voice. CONSTITUTION:This KARAOKE device has a changeover switch 13 for selectively switching a conventional KARAOKE system A and a follow-up type KARAOKE system B. When the system B is selected with the switch 13, the external input from the microphone 6 is inputted to a judgement part 8 and a voice detector 7 detects only the voice of the CD in the output from the CD 1 and inputs the voice to the judgement part 8. The judgement part 8 judges the tempo and melody of the external input from the microphone 6 on the basis of the CD output and when the difference is large, a tempo and a melody which are close to those of the external input are selected in a storage part 10 by a selection part 11 and made by a follow part 12 to follow the external input. The extent of the follow control is adjusted by a control part 9. |
