CONSTITUTION:The actual camera control is made to coincide with the image of the image display on a monitor, and a system is operated while viewing a monitor picture by scrolling the self-portrait of a system operator photographed by a video camera 4 and the image of a communication party on the monitor, and interlocking the operation of the expansion/reduction with the camera control of panning, tilting and zooming, etc. Further, the fact that the effective display part of the monitor picture is reduced due to a window for controlling camera is prevented by providing the window for controlling camera close to the window for displaying image. |
