PURPOSE:To evade interference waves by judging the presence of the interference waves at a transmission/reception side at all times in spread spectrum communication, interrupting transmission when the interference waves are generated and restarting the transmission when the interference waves are eliminated. CONSTITUTION:An interference wave level judging device 12 stores the power of SS signals immediately before an SS transmitter 15 performs the transmission and also compares the power of the SS signals with the power of a radio wave state at the point of time of the transmission. A switching part 13 judges that no interference radio wave is present when the electric field level of the SS signals is higher than or almost same as the electric field level of a reception state as the result of comparison by the interference wave level judging device 12 and controls switches SW1 and SW2 so as to make the SS signals from the SS transmitter 15 transmittable. Also, when the electric field level of the reception state is higher than the electric field level of the SS signals, it is judged that the interference radio waves are present and the switches SW1 and SW2 are controlled so as to prohibit the transmission of the SS signals from the SS transmitter 15. |
