SPEECH COMPRESSING METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To propose the speech compressing method which can compress a speech excellently with good efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The speech is inputted for a specific period T, which is divided into plural time zones t0-t7; and frequency components of frequencies f0-f7 are extracted from the speech by the time zones and variations of the respective frequency component are found in the time series order of t0-t7 by the time zone. Then frequency components of frequencies g0-g7 are extracted from the variations and quantized to compress the speech.
