The pushchair has a seat or cradle (1), mounted on a support frame (3), which is carried by a base (2). The support frame is pivoted transversely (4) on the base and angled obliquely in the use position. The support frame comprises two parallel mountings (5) with the seat between and the base also has two parallel arms (11). The assembly has two lateral parallel compasses (12), with cross beams between. A folding/unfolding mechanism operates on the base and support frame. A two legged (14) stirrup (13), may form the handle, sliding on the mountings.
