MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing composite thermoelectric material by which SiGe thermoelectric material can be easily compounded with iron silicide thermoelectric material and an energy conversion efficiency can be increased at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A capsule particle 4 is formed with a mother particle 2 which is made of p- or n-type iron silicide thermoelectric material and child particles 3 which are made of SiGe thermoelectric material. This capsule particle 4 is inserted into a molding die and then is baked and hardened.
