PURPOSE:To obtain a precise picture image without using urethane resin by using a condensate of aldehydes for a photosensitive resin picture image obtd. by using a volatilie acid of a hardened photosensitive film as a catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A photographic pattern for textile printing is obtd. by forming a photosensitive picture image on a screen mesh stretched on a frame. The photosensitive resin image consists of a condensate of aldehydes by using a volatile acid of a hardened photosensitive film as a catalyst. In this process, the photosensitive film to obtain the required photosensitive resin picture image consists of water-soluble resin and hydrophobic emulsion by 1:12-3:7 solid weight ratio, in which a photosensitive agent is added by 0.5-30 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the water-soluble resin and hydrophobic emulsion and a coloring agent is included by 0.01-3wt.% of the photosensitive film. The photosensitive emulsion to be used consists of a water-contg. emulsion consisting of water-soluble resin hydrophobic emulsion, photosensitive agent, coloring agent, and if necessary, with addition of plasticizer. |
