PURPOSE:To transfer the data through a network with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:When a compressed transmission data are received from a main storage data base 51 via the communication equipments 31 and 32, an expanding means 422 is expanded and these data are restored and used as the application data, at the same time, when the data to be transmitted from a prescribed application is generated a compressing means 421 compresses the transmission data by a prescribed compressing form. Then the compressed data are stored in the base 51 via both equipments 31 and 32.
