<p>PURPOSE:To manage control data of history and assembly in the lump at the time of manufacture by constituting the system so that an object to be assembled is discriminated, data related thereto is written in, the result of work performed to the object to be assembled is outputted, and it is written in an inspection machine data file. CONSTITUTION:Reception data related to a thrown-in vehicle is transmitted from a host computer HST, and a communication terminal CTn receives it. Also, at the time of putting off the vehicle from a line, history information and data for reporting a shipment decision are transmitted from the communication terminal CTn to the host computer HST. Each work terminal MTn executes control of a work in a process managed by each of them. A management terminal MTn executes management of various files corresponding to each line. As terminals installed on each line (n), an intermediate inspection terminal MIT, a final inspection terminal FIT, a monitoring terminal OVT, etc., are provided and token ring type networks N1, N2 are used as data transmission lines between the respective terminal equipments.</p> |
