PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency for retrieving document correction part in a machine translation system. CONSTITUTION:An input part 11 reads in bilingual text information holding text character strings before and after correction and past correction information representing the correction part and the correction content of a text from a file. A control part 12 stores read-in bilingual text information in a text storage part 14, and edits the bilingual text information via an editor 15, and updates the bilingual text information in the text storage part, and outputs the bilingual text information in the text storage part to the file via an output part 16 when receiving an output instruction. The editor 15 displays the text character strings before and after correction and the past correction information on a screen, thence, corrects the bilingual text information by algorithm decided in advance corresponding to a correction instruction when receiving the correction instruction such as the deletion, movement, or addition, etc., of the text displayed on the screen, and displays the correction part of corrected bilingual text information on the screen based on a display rule. |
