摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate needing no moistening water and excellent in ink repellency, adhesion between the silicone rubber layer and photosensitive layer, scuffing resistance, printing durablity and picture quality. CONSTITUTION:At least a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are provided on a substrate to constitute a photosensitive lithographic printing plate needing no moistening water. The silicone rubber layer contains an addition product obtained by the addition reaction between (a) a polyorganosiloxane having at least two aliphatic unsaturated groups in one molecule and (b) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least two Si-H couplings in one molecule, in the presence of a tertiary amine-base polyorganosiloxane having a hydrolyzable group.
