摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for certification of a subscriber in a 2nd communication processing mode in a system that has the 1st and 2nd communication processing modes for the channel switching between a calling state and a busy mode. CONSTITUTION:A communication equipment 10 such as a subscriber terminal and a communication processor 20 such as a switchboard certify a communication equipment in an approximately same method as conventional in a 1st communication processing mode. At the same time, the processor 20 ciphers a secret certification key Ka of the equipment 10 requested by a storage device 30 by means of a key Kb of the processor 20. Then the processor 20 sends the ciphered signal Kb (Ka) to the equipment 10 together with a certification request. The equipment 10 stores the signal Kb (Ka). When a service request is received in a 2nd communication processing mode, the equipment 10 sends this request to the processor 20 together with the signal Kb (Ka). Then the processor 20 decodes the signal Kb (Ka) by the key Kb and eliminates the need for request of the key Ka to the storage device 30 by the decoded signal Ka.
