A flag (6) is flown on a mast (5) by means of a compressed air current . The compressed air current leaves a figure (1) which is located in front of the mast (5). The compressed air current is directed towards the flag (6) from a chosen opening from the figure. The figure is made in a hollow form representing a live person of reduced size inside of which is a radial fan (7). The compressed air current flows from the mouth (13) towards the flag. An arm (4)of the figure (1) holds the flag mast (5).
