The composite panel for internal and external covering is formed from an upper layer of stone and a lower pasted foundation layer. The lower foundation layer comprises two films (12) containing felt. The felt (13) is constituted from micro spheres of quarry material or silicon. The films are constituted from glass fibre cloth impregnated with thermally hardened resins. The upper stone layer (11) comprises granite or marble and has a depth between 2 and 8 mm. The lower rigid foundation layer has a depth between 4 and 7 mm.
