PURPOSE:To provide the optical parts to which the optical axis alignment of the optical parts in an optical module, especially in the vertical direction can be carried out and its fixing method. CONSTITUTION:In the optical parts consisting of an optical element 1 welded and fixed to a package 4 and a supporting base 2 for supporting it, an elastic body 3 for adjusting an optical axis in the vertical direction of this optical parts is attached to the supporting base 2, so that the optical axis alignment in the vertical direction in an arbitrary position of the optical parts and its fixation can be executed with high accuracy. Also, in the method for fixing the optical parts to the package, the elastic plate 3 attached to both sides of the optical parts is deformed, and the optical axis in the vertical direction of the optical parts is adjusted in an arbitrary position, and fixed by welding or fixed by solder. |
