The attack edges (A,B,C) of the teeth are prefabricated from section elements by shaping a metal ribbon or other malleable material. To obtain a composite toothed assembly they are wedged and joined (D,E,F) to a support.The elements are assembled together by engaging them like hinges and wedging on a concave, convex or straight template and injected with a hardening material. At the end of the operation the elements are sealed with injected material and the composite toothed piece obtained is ready for use. Alternatively the assembled elements may be fixed directly on a surface without filling, the sections' inertia ensuring meshing.
