The assembly has a blade which is supported by a carrying arm. The arm has a main central section shaped with two side faces (24). The ends of the central section carry a hinged spring bar which in its middle portion has two parallel side faces (33). These are arranged to fit inside the side faces of the central section.A pivoting axis (28) is arranged through both pairs of side faces. This is terminated with end faces (48) and located in a bearing housing (38) which is carried by the side faces of the central section. The housing has a projection (46) which is pressed into contact with the end faces of the pivoting axis.
