PURPOSE:To execute the electronic approval action of a prepared message, and to prevent the erroneous transmission of a message whose approval is required. CONSTITUTION:An electronic mail system in which message data prepared by a preparing person side terminal equipment are transmitted and received between terminal equipments, is constituted of a message managing part 15 which adds an approval attribute indicating whether or not the approval of the transmission of the message data is necessary, or whether or not the transmission of the message data is approved by an approving person when the approval is necessary, to the message data. And also, this system is constituted of a check part 19 which validates the transmission only when the approval attribute added by the message managing part 15 indicates the unnecessity of the approval, or the transmission is already approved by the approving person. Thus, the electronic approval action of the prepared message data can be executed, and the erroneous transmission of the message data can be prevented. |
