PURPOSE:To provide the stringed instrument on which a musical sound can be played in a natural state like the stringed instrument has more strings than it originally has. CONSTITUTION:String vibration signals of the 1st and 2nd strings among string vibration signals detected by a divided pickup 58 are only delayed by a delay part 75 and then inputted to a mixer 73, and string vibration signals of the 3rd and 6th strings are shifted by one octave through an octaver 74 to adjust the pitches, and delayed by the delay part 75 and inputted to the mixer 73. String vibration signals detected by a divided pickup 59, on the other hand, are inputted to the mixer 73 without delay processing and pitch adjustment. The mixer 73 mixes the string vibration signals detected by the divided pickup 58 and divided pickup 59 and outputs the mixture as its output signal. |
