PURPOSE:To facilitate edition and also, to enhance the latitude of edition by holding the position information of each rectangular area having a flow-in range prescribing function for prescribing an internal data flowing-in range. CONSTITUTION:Coordnate values (xi1, yi1) (xi2, yi2) of diagonal apexes Pil, Pi2 of respective rectangular areas Ti (i=1, 2, n) are held ina rectangular area information holding part at every rectangular area for constituting a table. In this case, since the management of the table is executed by holding the position information of each rectangular area, each rectangular area can be set suitably in accordance with the need of a worker, compared with the case of arraying the rectangular area like a matrix and executing the management of a table, based on the number of rows and the number of columns, and the latitude of generation of a table can be enhanced. Also, each rectangular area set suitably has itself a flow-in range prescribing function as a whole, therefore, the flow-in work of a character-string, etc., can be simplified. |
