PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive microwave circuit element with small size and excellent reliability by integrating a permanent magnet and a microwave magnetic substance with a sintering body sintered integrally. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet layer 1 and a microwave magnetic substance layer 2 are integrated as one sintering body through integral sintering to the microwave circuit element B. Then the element B is magnetized by using an electromagnet, an earth plate 4 of an earth electrode is arranged to the magnetic layer 1 and plural center electrodes 3 insulated electrically are arranged to an upper side of the magnetic layer 2. Then they are surrounded by a soft-iron made yoke to form a magnetic circuit and a matching capacitor is integrated to form a microwave circulator. Thus, when the circulator is assembled, it is not required to prepare the microwave magnetic substance and the permanent magnet as separate components and to bond them. Furthermore, since the magnetic body and the magnet are formed as an integrated sintering body, deviation in lamination of them and dispersion of them are not caused and the inexpensive element with excellent reliability is obtained. |
