<p>PURPOSE:To improve power transmission efficiency by connecting together coil patterns over one turn which are formed between insulation layers, and setting the coil patterns to a predetermined pattern width. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 10 is composed of a multilayered board 11 including three coils X, Y and Z therein. The multilayered board 11 is made by integrally laminating a multiplicity of insulation layers 12 of, for instance, a glass- ceramic material, and it is substantially a cubic. The coils X, Y and Z are independent of each other, and are arranged separately from each other in the direction of the thickness of the multilayered board 11 so that the center line 0 is in coincidence with the axis. Each coil X, Y, Z connects the coil patterns provided between the insulation layers 12. For each coil pattern, a pattern width L1 is set to three times a pattern spacing L2 or larger. By this, power transmission efficiency can be improved.</p> |
