PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus of a submerged link, namely an insulator- forming apparatus to form effective insulator within a short period of time around a connecting box and repeater case, an application method of the same and an apparatus insulated by the insulator-forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An insulator-forming apparatus includes heated dies, and these dies include fixed half dies 10 provided with a couple of side injection ports 17. The side injection port is connected to a high-pressure injection press 3, via an insulator material distribution chamber 6 and is also connected to the end part of cavity 2 of the die and a movable half die on the insulator forming frame.
