CONSTITUTION:A film layer 7 of resin containing, in addition to conductive fine particles such as graphite, a porous body holding an electrification control agent is formed on the surface of the development sleeve 8. The ability of the development sleeve 8 to give frictional electrification to the magnetic toner 4 can be properly set as it is by the formation of the resin film layer or by rubbing the surface. |
