PURPOSE:To provide an NDF generating circuit which can evade the increase of the circuit scale and the complication of the circuit structure. CONSTITUTION:A pointer value comparing part 8 compares the pointer value of the present frame with the pointer value of the precedent frame latched by a precedent frame pointer part latching part 7. If the coincidence is secured between both pointer values, a normal state is decided and normal NDF is transmitted. If not, no normal state is decided and NDFENABLE is transmitted. Therefore the scale of an NDF generating circuit is never increased even though the NDF generating/transmitting frequency is increased. |
