<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a blur correcting means from being unwillingly operated basing on a false signal generated at the time of supplying a power by changing the resistance value of a bypass filter according to the quantity of camera-shake. CONSTITUTION:When the power is supplied, the output signal of an amplifier 6 is inputted to a camera-shake signal frequency band selecting circuit 12 and the number of frequency components related to the camera-shake is calculated to output a signal corresponding to the calculated value. A signal quantity discriminating circuit 14 discriminates the fact that the output of the circuit 12 is larger of smaller than a prescribed threshold. When the output of the circuit 12 is smaller than the prescribed threshold, a CPU 9 gradually makes the duty ratio of the ON/OFF of a switch 5 small and finally 0%. In this way, the capacitor C of the bypass filter 4 is charged to make the apparent resistance of the bypass filter 4 small and a false voltage signal significantly small.</p> |
