ACTIVE MATRIX TYPE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve display characteristics by suppressing the influence of variation in the voltage of a display signal line on pixels. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal display device uses two transistors(TR) 4 and 5 connected in series to a pixel electrode and a reset signal line 13 is connected to the respective display signal lines 2 and 2' through TRs 15 and 15' whose gate electrodes are connected to 2nd TR control signal lines 3 and 3' that a horizontal shift register selects next, so that a video signal can be transferred synchronously with the reset TRs 15 and 15' and a pixel electrode to be selected next.
