Then when basic data D of the card C, i.e., the term of validity, ride section, etc., are inputted and a prescribed amount money is fed in the cash insertion slot 4, the specific key Ki is generated based on a master key Mk and a card iD. Then the card data D on the key Ki, card iD, the effective return of the card C, ride section, etc., are stored in the memory and the card is issued.</p> |
