PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of a through current from the 2nd power supply line to a ground line in a level shifter circuit for inputting a signal amplituding between the 1st power supply potential and ground potential, converting the input signal into a signal for amplituding between the 2nd power supply potential higher than the 1st power supply potential and the ground potential and outputting the converted signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of the 1st inverter INV1-1 connected to an input signal line phi1-1 for amplituding between the 1st power supply potential and the ground potential is connected to the 2nd power supply line 15 and connected to the source of the 2nd N-channel MOS transistor M1-4 in a level conversion circuit for outputting a level-converted output signal phi1-2. |
