PURPOSE:To vary the moving speed of sound image localization according to the size of a musical performance hall. CONSTITUTION:The measured distance between two points in the musical performance hall which show the size of the musical performance hall is converted by a converting circuit 205 into a period for reading lateral sound volume coefficients out of a ROM 207 and the converted period is compared by a comparing circuit 203 with the counted value of a counter 202 which counts the clock generated by a basic clock circuit 201. Each time the both match each other, the comparing circuit 203 outputs '1', an address counter 204 is made to count up, and the counter 202 is reset. Then the lateral sound volume coefficients are read out of the ROM 207 at the period by the address counter 204, lateral sound volume coefficients which vary reversely to them are generated by a coefficient converting circuit 209 to multiply a sound source signals by them, and the multiplication results are sent to an L-channel amplifier and an R-channel amplifier. |
