PURPOSE:To make a camera possible to carry out automatic exposure and photographing at every light emission of fireworks by having a means for detecting a rapid change of measuring brightness to a high brightness. CONSTITUTION:Changeover of an ordinary photographing mode and a firework mode is executed by a mode changeover switch 7. AF(auto-focus) is executed when a release button is pushed and SW 1 is on. The firework mode is turned on when the changeover switch 7 is on. The value A of the prescribed brightness information is stored in a memory device A in a microcomputer. Further, photometry is executed and the resulted brightness information B is stored in a memory device B. Photometry is executed after a prescribed time and the resulted brightness information C is stored in a memory device C. The value obtd. by adding the prescribed value A and the brightness B and the brightness C are compared as a means for detecting the light emission of the fireworks. Namely, it is decided that the light of the fireworks is emitted when the brightness C is brighter by the prescribed value A than the brightness B. The automatic exposure is executed to expose a film after the prescribed time is waited when the light emission of the fireworks is emitted. |
