PURPOSE: To reduce the difficulty of a repairing work of removing irradiated roller and pin by providing a cross arm having a U-shaped groove hole as receives the top part of a blade. CONSTITUTION: A roller removing assembly 36 has a cross reciprocating base 38, and legs 46, 48 of its cross arm 40 form a U-shaped groove hole 50 as loosely receives the top part 20 of blades of panels 12, 14. Thus, the reciprocating base 38 can be easily matched to the panels 12, 18 when lowered onto the blade by a hoist or crane. When fastening actuators 62, 62c are operated, the panels 12, 14 are fastened to the leg 48. A punch 68 is matched to the opening 26 of the panel 16, and operated by an actuator 72 to shear a pin 30 from a roller 28. Thereafter, the actuators 62, 62c are released, the reciprocating base 38 is lifted up, rotated within the horizontal plane, and mounted on a blade 10 again, and the roller 28 is removed from the remaining panel.
