<p>Inorganic oxide substrates treated with an aqueous chemical treating composition having at least one organo alkoxide or hydroxide of a metal selected from titanium and zirconium either with a select combination of film forming polymers and/or with one or more organo-functional silane coupling agents. The combination of the titanium or zirconium coupling agent and the silane coupling agent can be as two distinct compounds.</p> |
