Grinder assembly has contra-rotating cutter-grinding projections

A grinder incorporates two contra-rotating rotor dics, each bearing exchangeable grinder-cutter projections (14) arranged in a series of concentric circles. The novelty is that the grinder-cutter projections (14) are mounted on cylinders (12,18) which fit securely into dovetailed circular grooves (10) cut behind the rotor discs (4,8).
